Electric cars have no engine oil, gearbox oil or exhaust system, so maintenance items drop markedly. Lumen models are serviced every two years or 30,000 km.
What does service include?
- High-voltage system insulation and battery state-of-health (SoH) testing
- Brake fluid, cabin air filter and coolant checks
- Tyre, suspension and brake checks (pads last much longer thanks to regenerative braking)
Over-the-air updates
With four major software releases a year, range optimisation, new driving modes and interface improvements are installed without coming into the workshop. You can read the release notes in the app.
Mobile service

How to book a service
You can book a service from the app or the booking page. The car sends a reminder through the app as service time approaches, and diagnostic data is passed to the workshop in advance, shortening waiting time.
