Lumen orders are placed entirely online. You choose your model, colour and equipment and pay the deposit through a secure payment system; the deposit is deducted from the vehicle price.

The process

  1. Configuration and pre-order: the deposit is paid and your order number is created
  2. Production and shipping information: weekly-updated tracking in the app
  3. Financing and registration are handled by us
  4. A Wallbox survey and installation booking before delivery
  5. Delivery and a usage briefing (60 minutes)

Deposit and refunds

Deposits range from 25,000 to 75,000 TRY. Under distance-selling regulations the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of the order date, and the deposit is refunded. For custom-configured orders the refund terms are stated separately in the contract.

Preparing for delivery

Before delivery the Wallbox installation, insurance policy and registration are completed. On the day, your car waits charged, with your app installed and phone key set up.

Frequently asked questions

Are the range figures realistic?
Range is declared under the WLTP standard. Real range varies with speed, temperature and load; in the article on our site we share estimates for city, motorway and winter conditions.
What do I need to charge at home?
A nearby electrical panel and a suitable fuse are enough. During the free survey we inspect your wiring and recommend the best Wallbox solution. Apartment blocks need management approval.
Where is your fast-charging network?
We have Lumen Hub stations at Sabiha Gökçen, Gebze, Bolu, Eskişehir, Afyon, Kemalpaşa and Antalya, and you can charge at 3,000+ points through partner networks. The map is on the "Experience Centres and Charging Stations" page.
What does the battery warranty cover?
For 8 years or 160,000 km the battery is repaired or replaced if its health drops below 70%. The charging system and drive motor are covered for the same period.
Is the pre-order deposit refundable?
Under distance-selling regulations the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days of the order and the deposit is refunded. For custom-configured orders the terms are stated in the contract.
