Lumen Motors offers comprehensive coverage on the high-voltage battery and charging system of all electric models.
Warranty scope
- Battery capacity: for 8 years or 160,000 km (whichever comes first), the battery pack is repaired or replaced if battery state of health (SoH) falls below 70%.
- Charging system, drive motor, power electronics: 8 years / 160,000 km.
- General vehicle warranty: 5 years / 120,000 km.
- Roadside assistance: free towing and mobile charging nationwide for five years.
Protecting battery health
- Prefer the 20-80% window for daily use; charging to 100% on long trips is not a problem
- Use fast charging when needed, not as a routine
- Do not leave the car at 0% or 100% for long periods
- In extreme heat, use pre-conditioning while plugged in
Exclusions
Accident damage, flooding, unauthorised intervention, racing use and documented use of unsuitable charging equipment are outside the warranty. You can see your battery health in the app or with a free test at our service points.
How to make a warranty claim
You can open a claim from the Battery tab in the app or through an authorised service point. The service tests battery health free of charge and shares the result as a written report. A replacement vehicle is provided for work under warranty.
