Personal data we process
Your identity and contact data, vehicle and chassis number, charging session data (location, duration, energy amount), app and vehicle telemetry, payment and deposit records, test-drive booking records and website usage data.
Purposes and legal grounds
Carrying out order and delivery processes, providing charging and app services, software updates and vehicle safety, warranty and service, invoicing, legal obligations and, where you have given explicit consent, marketing communication.
Your data is processed on the grounds of performing and establishing contracts, complying with legal obligations, our legitimate interests and, where required, your explicit consent.
Transfers
Your personal data may be shared only as far as the service requires with business partners, suppliers, legally authorised public bodies and IT service providers. Transfers abroad are made only in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction, deletion or destruction, ask for restriction of processing, learn which third parties received your data, and object to outcomes produced solely by automated analysis.
